It's at 400 Gradi, a title earned by owner Johnny Di Francesco after he won the Campionata Mondiale Della Pizza world pizza championships in Parma, Italy in April this year.  Di Franceso beat 600 competitors with his margherita pizza ($21), the simple but classic combo of tomato, buffalo mozzarella and basil.
